Our Library Media Center is an important part of learning at J. B.
Hunt Elementary. Through the integration of information,
literacy, and library/research skills, our instruction supports the
classroom curriculum in all grades. Through the appreciation
of great literature, we are encouraging our students to become
lifelong readers! We try creative ways to excite children
about literature.
Huskies come for one 45 minute library class each week.
The media center is open to all students and teachers throughout the
day. Children are encouraged to use the automated catalog to
independently locate and checkout the books and resources they need!
